Following your signup, we will send you a calendar invite for an available date and time, please be patient. All calls are confidential. By proceeding with payment you agree that:
Call will be scheduled at our earliest available time, subject to our prior commitments; we do not schedule rush, same-day or emergency appointments (unless previously agreed-to in writing);
All calls will be video calls via Google Meet. You must install and become familiar with the use, interface and navigation of those apps;
All documents will shared and discussed via the Google Meet app, at the time of the call;
You must either Accept or Decline the proposed appointment; any Tentative or Maybe confirmations will be understood as declined;
You will be on time to the scheduled appointment (we reserve the right cancel or reschedule the appointment if you are not);
You are responsible for being proactive with the scheduling of your call; we reserve the right to refuse a consultation following multiple attempts by us to schedule the call with you;
You will come ready to take notes;
Call will be up to 30 minutes, but we may extend at our discretion;
We do not review documents prior to the call;
Consultation does not mean that you have retained us to represent you, or that we are your attorneys at law in any capacity;
Consultation is an initial exploratory call, and shall not be used as a substitute for legal services;
Consultation is limited to the video call session; excludes any follow-up emails, calls, voice or text messages.
We reserve the right cancel or refuse any appointment for repeat callers, and/or any violation or breach of our terms;
Be sure to review your Junk / Spam folder for incoming Google Calendar links, or other emails from us;
No returns, credits or refunds;
