Following your signup, we will send you a calendar invite for an available date and time, please be patient. All calls are confidential. By proceeding with payment you agree that:
Call will be scheduled at our earliest available time, subject to our prior commitments;
Rush orders, including Same and/or Next Day requests incur in additional fees.
All calls will be video calls via Google Meet. All participants must install and become familiar with the use, interface and navigation of those apps;
All documents will be shared and discussed via the Google Meet app, at the time of the call;
All participants must either Accept or Decline the proposed appointment; any Tentative or Maybe confirmations will be understood as declined;
Existing client calls are limited to exploratory matters, to discuss introductory case issues and not as a substitute for legal services or repeat matters (Max 2 per year).
All participants must be on time to the scheduled appointment (we reserve the right cancel or reschedule the appointment otherwise);
All participants are responsible for being proactive with the scheduling of your call; we reserve the right to refuse a consultation following unresponded attempts to schedule);
Participants may take notes and/or record the call;
Call will be up to 30 minutes, but we may extend at our discretion;
We do not review documents prior to the call;
Consultation does not mean that Participants have retained us to represent as legal counsel, or that we are Participants' attorneys at law in any capacity;
Consultation is an initial exploratory call, and shall not be used as a substitute for legal services;
Consultation is limited to the video call session; excludes any follow-up emails, calls, voice or text messages.
We reserve the right cancel or refuse any appointment for repeat matters, and/or any violation or breach of our terms;
Be sure to review your Junk / Spam folder for incoming Google Calendar links, or other emails from us;
No returns, credits or refunds;
